Role Description
Elite Recruiting is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst for a full-time role based in Phoenix, Rochester, or fully remote. This position plays a key role in evaluating financial health across a diverse tenant portfolio, supporting investment decisions through data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams to strengthen credit risk strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting financial analysis on prospective and existing tenants to assess performance and identify risk
• Comparing financials across industries and markets to benchmark tenant strength
• Monitoring industry trends and tenant news to inform risk assessments
• Preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Supporting quarterly and board-level reporting with credit insights and metrics
• Tracking and maintaining portfolio-level data, including rent coverage ratios and investment grade ratings
• Collaborating with internal teams across finance, acquisitions, and property management
• Contributing to the development and refinement of credit risk tools and reporting processes

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in finance, underwriting, or credit analysis
• Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and risk metrics
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with tools like Moody’s, S&P, Power BI, or MRI is a plus
